This Malaysian style Pickled Papaya is usually eaten as a snack or condiment. It’s perfect with cheese, as a salad topper or straight from the tub. It is crunchy, tangy, slightly spicy (from the local ginger), and deliciously addictive. To this pot we have added our home-grown chillies. A must-try!
