Shipping Process

We roast to order, so please allow two working days for your order to be dispatched.

Shipping costs are extra and are calculated based on weight and destination. We offer free shipping for all orders over $100. This offer is excluding all liqueurs and spirits.

Mareeba is outside the next day delivery zone for express post parcels dispatched with Australia Post. Most of our orders are dispatched in the Parcel Post Bags for tracking purposes.

Orders are sent via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.

This may sound obvious, but because chocolate is perishable we need you to give us a delivery address that has someone to take delivery of it. We will pack it and have it safely delivered to your door or nominated address BUT once it arrives, it’s your responsibility. 

We ship world wide. All our prices are in AUS$ and include GST.
