Delicious Australian grown coffee, roasted on Australia's oldest coffee plantation. What is particularly special about our coffee is that each roast is meticulously hand crafted. With our dark roast we promote the natural oils. Our dark roast is fantastic as an espresso, makes brilliant plunger coffee and is the ultimate long black. With great all round characteristics, it's medium body leaves the perfect lingering taste in your mouth.

Origin: Mareeba, 520 metres, QLD, Australian
Roast Profile:  100% Dark Roast
Size:  Screen 16/18 (running screen)
Processing style:  Washed with full ferment, light and immature rejection
Aroma:  Rich and earthy aroma with a silky texture
Taste:  Caramel and dark chocolate overtones
Acidity:  Medium (+)
Finish (after taste):  Excellent

Absolutely loving this dark roast coffee

Just wanted to say how grateful we are because it's so difficult to find a decent dark roast coffee in Sydney - We bought a bag of Skybury dark roast beans from Cairns Airport during our journey a few months ago to try for the first time and were so relieved they had an online store so we could have it again because we loved it so much. Their coffee is one of the best in Australia and reflects the beauty and wildness of Far North QLD which makes it unique and special. We ordered enough to last us whole summer - It's truly wonderful!
