Growing Skybury Coffee

Located on the top of the Great Dividing Range, approximately 500 metres (1800 feet) above sea level, Skybury has well drained soil, no frost and an annual rainfall of around 800mm per year. This provides the ideal climate for growing our Bourbon variety of Arabica coffee.
