They say that every cloud has a silver lining and that is certainly the case for the Skybury Cafe and Roastery.  With the Covid-19 restrictions, we were forced to close the cafe to guests.  However, we were still able to offer takeaway coffee, food and fresh fruit.

...but the real silver lining has been our online roast coffee sales.  We continue to be delighted with the support we are receiving from our fellow Aussies, who are really getting behind Australian produce and products.  The girls at the roastery have been flat out keeping up with orders and we thank you all for your support.

The downside to all this online activity is that our friends at Australia Post are struggling to keep up and delivery times have increased!!  We apologise that you may experience some delays, but we are able to turn around orders in one day to get those parcels on their way as soon as possible.

The Queensland Government has indicated that cafes may be able to open again in June, which is great news.  In the meantime, my kids continue to use the cafe as their virtual classroom!!!
