Excellent Products

Nice...but jam wasn't set

Great flavour to the Papaya and Coconut Papaya jams I bought as the Trio with my 1 kilo coffee. The jam wasn't jam though. It was runny sauce. None of them were set. More pectin needed. Instead I just poured it out as a coulis on my bircher muesli. Also made a chilli sauce with the coconut one by mixing it with other chilli ingredients at home. So now I have no jam, but two other nice products.
