 Peaberry is a different and rare type of coffee bean.  Skybury peaberry has a higher density with a concentrated flavour, aroma and a distinct acidity. Our peaberry is roasted as a medium to ensure that these flavour characteristics are not lost in the roasting process.

Taste:  Buttery chocolate, lime hint, rich mouth feel, natural sweetness

Finish (after taste):  Excellent
