Delicious Australian grown coffee, roasted to make this classic medium roast. Our master roaster takes special care to develop the full potential of our home-grown coffee beans. It is hand crafted in our Roastery on the Atherton Tablelands.

Our medium roast is mild on the palate, and would ideally suit a newcomer to coffee. The natural sweetness suits milk-based coffees such as a latte or cappuccino.

Origin: Mareeba, 520 metres, QLD, Australian
Roast Profile: 100% Medium Roast 
Size:  Screen 16/18 (running screen)
Processing style:  Washed with full ferment, light and immature rejection
Aroma:  Rich Coffee, with floral aromas
Taste:  Hint of lime, rich mouth feel, natural sweetness
Acidity:  Medium (+)
Finish (after taste):  Excellent

Favourite coffee

I've been a fan of Skybury for years and years. Product is consistently of high quality and I think it's important to support an Australian-grown coffee product. Only suggestion would be to reintroduce the 500gm size.

We had the chance to visit the “coffee shop” while traveling in Australia this summer. The most wonderful people work there and are so friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased coffee for our friends and ourselves. We were excited to try it at home to see if it was really as good as we remember. It is honestly the most amazing coffee! We are in love with it.
