Skybury Vodka is a traditional, Scandinavian-style spirit. This Vodka is Triple Distilled from premium tropical papaya fruit.  Its water sources are the rainfall-fed rivers and streams of Tropical North Queensland.  A clear, clean tasting traditional vodka to enjoy neat and chilled, or blended with your preferred tonic water. 

Skybury Vodka is the offspring of a collaboration between Skybury Farms and FNQ Spirits, an Aussie craft distillery.  Our passion is showcasing local produce by creating high quality products derived from the essence of Tropical North Queensland.  We stand on our principles of Australian made, family operated, hard work and local community connections.

Skyberry vodka

Was fortunate enough to try this on a recent tour to Skyberry farms were we had a lovely morning tea and were then able to sample and purchase, however I purchased this online and looking forward to opening as it was a very smooth and great tasting Vodka

Definitely buying more Skybury Vodka

It does taste like traditional Scandinavian vodka. I’ve bought other products from FNQ Spirits and they are always pretty good. I like supporting local Far North Queensland businesses and I will definitely buy Skybury Vodka again.

So good I bought two more!

My family bought me a bottle of Skybury vodka and since then I’ve bought two more. The quality is right up there and this is a very good Australian made vodka that would match any imported one.

It really kicks!!

Really excellent tasting Aussie vodka and well done on the sustainability of using left over papaya fruit to make this. I was unsure how it would taste, but it really kicks. It’s smooth as.
